According to Chairman Williams (who personally bought 888,890 PNV shares via on-market trade at end of October) in his AGM address (16/11/17):
"We expect orders to build significantly between now and year end. Orders have already doubled from our earlier announcement but I expect they will double again before year end and perhaps double again. "
