Shorts had a nasty shock yesterday and I expect a few traders are locking in some profits. Shorts will be more cautious while looking for those morsels until the real sellers dry up. Webinar on Friday plus end of week position closures will make for an interesting final auction.
The closing hour today will be a good indicator of how hard the shorts are really sweating.
