Thumbs up from me, Whytee. My only disagreement is with respect to your final comment. I don't think the post-announcement evaluation is any more or less fact-based than the pre-announcement evaluation. Both are necessarily based on ambiguous and incomplete information, and driven by the two basic motivations: fear and greed.
