I am a real believer in this company and its technology. That said, I respectfully disagree with your assessment regarding the time required to move from a "heads of agreement" to a detailed contract. It is neither necessary or desirable to settle every technical issue ahead of the contract. Such an approach could prove dilatory in the extreme, an I see nothing in the public information to make me think that the time required to nail down a contract should exceed, say, about 10 weeks.
