Maybe, but markets look to be over-bought right now, especially in the face of potentially rising interest rates. Be wary. All it would take to unbalance things would be a miscalculation by North Korea or Russia or China or Iran or...
Anybody notice the mysterious fire and sinking of the oil tanker supposedly heading for South Korea last month? All hands lost, carrying a shipment of light distillate (which South Korea doesn't need or import) from Iran to a South Korean port near the DMZ... things can happen.
