They don't need to respond to every commentator, funds manager, hotcopperite, or to specific share price movements. If they had to do that, they'd be wasting half their time.

I can see why he'd be peeved at the question. Put yourself in his shoes. Busy doing your work. A bunch of people hassling you for responses to what this fund manager said, what that journo reported, why the share price is up 30% l, why the share price is down 30% why is it up 15%, why is it down 20%, what isbbeing said on hotcopper, why are there so many shorts, are you going to do a CR, how much was sales last month? Last week? Can we get a break down of how many hospitals? By hospital size? By private vs public hospital? Sales by region, U.S east coast vs west coast, what sizes are selling? Why is the stock down 15% again? Why is it up 20% agaon? And so on and on and on...

Now imagine getting that every time there is volatility in the stock, which is very very frequent.
