If you are referring to me then you could read back over some of my posts and see that last week I sold a bunch to put a deposit down on my dream house. Not to trade them. However I did sell more than was needed to buy some furniture after it settles as it’s considerably bigger than current house.
Dont trade as a rule - this was just a no brainer and the place can look a bit empty for a while
