Doc, I started calling a potential h&s on the chart earlier in the year. Someone who claimed to be well versed in technical analysis refuted my call of a potential h&s here a few weeks ago. I don't claim to be well versed in technical analysis.
I think we can say that trading has settled into a tight band of support at roughly above $2.10 and resistance at $2.30.
The only logical hypothesis I can come up with is that the shorters most likely the ones accumulating. I take the Donald Trump approach to the shorts. One day we will wake up and they will have disappeared - like a miracle.
