I think that they are referring to 3.69 on the daily. My punt is that it will finish at close higher than that.
Volumes are still low. Setting aside shorts, I reckon that most of the buying over the past 12 months has been by investors. Volatility should drop with the exiting of shorts. There's lots of good news to come this year and I'm expecting to continue smiling for a few more years yet before I take profits.
