Jevalent, I would not be surprised if the timing of the contract signing is 10 weeks or under. My point was that it wasn't until the parties got into serious discussions/negotiations following the MOU that the full extent of what was possible emerged. So while some see the delay in signing a contract as a negative I see it as a positive because now there is a bigger enterprise in prospect. On your point, I suspect that now the parties know that each is properly invested in the joint venture and its scope (bigger than first envisaged) that they will work quickly to achieve an agreement even though it is more complex than first thought of.
