im not sure if the 3% is the most important part . The part i see is the ( "PolyNovo will manufacture the products at an agreed transfer price. " ) the 3% royalty is on top of this sum for the finished product . A little like a franchise situation . Correct me if im wrong , im not to clued up on this stuff .
