70yo M with 20% TBSA to anterior chest wall had BTM applied; recovery complicated by acute coronary syndrome where CABG via sternotomy was performed through the BTM. The patient completed BTM integration despite sternotomy with excellent graft take and uncomplicated wound healing. This is another novel case with no precedent.
