The following eposter is out of Concord Hospital in Sydney. It seems to have been accepted for the 2021 ANZBA Burns Conference to be held in October.
The eposter describes the successful use of BTM in the reconstruction of all fingers in a full thickness burns (64%TBSA) patient who had sustained severe burns to the back of both hands.
The authors report that there was 100% take of BTM to all fingers and backs of hands with the patient subsequently able to use both hands and move all fingers.
