David's choice of words regarding the qualities they are looking for in a new CEO were interesting. You could almost see the penny drop moment for PB when the board realized they had no sales staff in London at all, and were making no sales there. Something needed to change.
A CEO with experience in global sales and marketing will take this company to the next level.
Who would have thought difficulties in obtaining visas to enter Australia for interviewing would interfere so much with the recruitment process?
It was good to get a bit more clarity on the distributor model they are using in Europe and its set backs. Perhaps at some point in the future they may look at reverting to boots on the ground as it is evident the distributor model is not gaining the traction it needs.
