Reading between the lines, as DW stated, 'boots on the ground' in Europe is his preferred model, and I wonder if his desire to also get a sales and marketing oriented CEO would see the board come around and transition to that model. I seem to remember something about the NHS being a hindrance though. However, DW must be aware of it and still believes in an in house sales team being more successful in generating sales. Surely with open borders, there will be prospective CEOs visiting and a new CEO is not too far away.
