He was referring to the 10x10cm size (the one in his hand) and saying that in the US this was selling for something like US$900-950 but to the distributor in Germany it was going out at, say, $450 (he was guesstimating).
But the point he was strong about was that he wasn’t at all concerned with margins even at that reduced price because it only cost him $30. The main game is not improving margin but increasing volumes.
I’m very happy with this focus. As he says, you have to get surgeons using the product because when they do they keep on using it. His comment about Dr Bill Hickerson becoming a self-described ex-KOL for Integra and now a fan of BTM is a powerful illustration of this point.
