He does not fully comprehend the business model it seems.
Putting more sales reps on allows us to sell more product. Once they get going they earn 5 times what they cost and we get more focus in each hospital to pick up additional application verticals.
Not sure how that dilutes anything. PNV are no where near saturation in any of our sales jurisdictions.
