I think what he's likely focusing on is something some of our regular clowns also can't seem to figure out.
"The sales team grew another 10 people last month, yet sales only grew x%"
Not realising it's the salespeople hired 6 months ago who are now trained up who are contributing to the growth.
It's such a simple concept. But very hard for some analysts to grasp it seems.
Maybe he should stick to these ski-wax companies
