You have based your research on one of your golf associates experiences. Whilst I feel terrible for the outcome of your associate, you have literally extrapolated one scenario out for the whole of the healthcare system and then refuted the stats when presented to you on the basis of the stats are wrong. Wow. This is known as confirmation bias
