Yep, that is the narratvive being pushed by those promoting stocks like Avita, ARX and MSB...
The other view is that Polynovo management CHOOSE to reinvest the potential profits in the business to expand it, until such time as growth slows. While Swami was keen to develop other areas like DFU, Breast/Hernia products I think to a certain extent it has currently evolved into simply keeping up with demand from customers for the existing product which has so many applications as it is. It's a thriving business.
