Nice find Fes.
We know that the sales numbers in India will need to be multiples of the US due to the likely discount. We will have greater number of sales people per area due to cheaper sales staff who may be new to the product. The geographies and population are huge with each state like a small country. This means that compared to the US the ramp up on sales dollars will start slower but as momentum grows it will outstrip the US IMO in volume and eventually in absolute $ terms as market penetration and geographical reach increases. My guess is 2-3 years to see significant uplift.
