Cost of a device for treatment of any burn/trauma injury is very small, IIRC, cost of a burn patients with 20% or more is in the hundreds of thousands, so device that costs $5k to $10k is negligible.
Just for you moosey, the largest sheet of BTM cost about us$7k and ReCell's list price is us$7.5k.
Regarding reasonable time? ReCell takes 30 minutes for the surgeon to prepare and apply at the bed side. IIRC, the sprayed wound re-epithelialized in 7-10days after treatment.
