The hernia product will be branded as HERNNEX. Application for that trademark was made mid-year in Australia, US and Europe (and likely elsewhere).
There would well be be two different hernia products, as two separate patent applications have been filed.
One is described as tissue repair laminates comprising a biodegradable polyurethane foam layer, which facilitates cellular infiltration, and a polyurethane barrier layer, which is non-adhesive to tissue.
The other is described as tissue repair laminates containing at least two biodegradable polyurethane foam layers and a polyurethane structural layer. The biodegradable polyurethane is derived from biodegradable polyols.
