Should the dedicated salesforce approach be revisited or is it just too early yet?
It would be interesting to know the pipeline success rate and the reorder rate without additional sales involvement (ie the prodcut has been taken up as the standard of care with the buyer going forward)
We know the product is better than the current standard, but are there other impediments to take up that need attention?
