The cost of a biologic mesh is over $20,000
Wonder what they use in India?
25% of males develop an inguinal hernia ( often bilateral hernias over time).
I doubt we could compete fiscally with the current synthetic mesh actually. Certainly wouldn’t be a 90% plus markup like BTM is.
