This is a well recognised risk within the medical community and is well dealt with in the peri-operative setting. SGLT2 are great drugs with great cardiovascular mortality reduction.
I hold DXB myself so am not trying to talk down DXB but talking down SGLT2 inhibitors is just ridiculous as they've changed diabetes management in the past few years.
