Otto may end up with 100% of the permit , doesnt look like Ascent are the kind of partner that can be relied on to fund its share (ala Vital in the Philippines) ....imo.
Funny how these chat sites so often front-run company announcements ..... have to giggle at the 'positive spin' put on these events though .. hehe
Still cash required ...imo ,,,, GPC will not be paying out net reciepts til late March according to my sources ,,, even if oil flows next week ...imo
