On February 15, 2023 the ASX suspended PO3 from trading after directors refused to heed ASX governance rules.
Now, 12 months on, shares remain suspended. Holders are locked in.
Questions: For how long? Can clues be found in PuriflOH's last quarterly report?
Flouting another ASX reporting rule, directors filed this late...on February 1.
Chairman Carl le Souef: "The Company has been suspended from trading due to the non-lodgement of Appendix 4G’s.
"These have been provided to the ASX for review.
"The Company is to provide a submission to the ASX in respect of Listing Rule 12.1. and has requested the ASX to allow for re-listing.
"The Company is also finalising all outstanding audits."
We await clarity.
