@Loofehtdrawloh, I believe PO3 director Simon Lill is thoroughly familiar with ASX regulations. Both he and his chairman, Carl le Souef, would be well aware of basic reporting deadlines. So when PO3 misses a deadline it's no accident. I may be wrong, but I think directors engineered the suspension 12 months ago. Are they now encouraging the ASX to lift the suspension with great vigor? The latest deadline miss suggests not.
