Poached fruit on brioche
In a medium saucepan lightly poach the following:
Four servings total of stone fruit berries and / or seedless grapes.
2 cups total of water clear fruit juice and / or white wine.
And ‘some’ of the following
Juice of ½ orange.
1 to 3 tablespoon brown sugar maple syrup or honey.
1 teabag.
1 teabag of herbs.
½ teaspoon vanilla essences.
¼ teaspoon cinnamon.
¼ teaspoon clove.
Thicken slightly with cornflour or the like.
Serve on / with toasted brioche
