Zyber has a number of POC’s underway with large and established organisations from across a number of sectors such as telecommunications, energy, healthcare, retail and government. The Company looks forward to announcing further details, including counterparty details, as the contractual arrangements allow.

1. Management is focusing on working with POC customers to incorporate specific feature sets into the existing product which will be incorporated into a new version of the secure file sharing software.
   
   It is anticipated that a commercial agreement will be entered into at the end of a successful POC trial.
