This is flow of news I've found from the past announcements:
13th November
This follows the completion of our proof of concept trials with a large international retail chain and
begins “phase 2” of development and expanded beta testing, further validating our product and
platform offering.
18th Jan
Zyber is planning to commence trials with five large enterprise
companies in the next two months
18th Jan
On track to roll-out new version of Zyber’s secure file sharing software
in Q1 CY2016
27th Feb
Product trails planned by several large potential enterprise clients
6th April
This is is the first POC for Zyber, with Iota Security's products offering a highly complementary addition to Zyber's secure file sharing solution,
15 Apr
By way of an update on the current POC’s, we do have a number of POC’s currently underway
I think the company needs to provide us with a clear and concise update on the status of many of the above items. The 15 April personal Clay update is the only time I've seen a categoric statement that a number of POCs are currently underway, yet just 9 days before they said Iota realtionship was the first POC (which has since fallen over...maybe.,.or still partnering even though acquisition fell through?).
Things I'd like clarification on:
* What happened to new version roll out of file sharing software in Q1 2016? When is it now planned to be released?
* Clear confirmation that the 5 large POCs are well and truly under way, wording changed in later announcements to 'several', is it now more than 5?
* What sort of time frame is expected in generic terms for completion of a POC to then take it to negotiation and commercial signature stage?
* Is Iota POC still in progress?
* What happened to the large retail chain? It's now 6 months from that announcement where it was stated POC trials were completed. Did this fail to go further?
What we need as investors is a guideline on their schedule. Communication, at least clarity of, has been very poor in my opinion.
