BWs I think it's safe to say that the lawyers are busy bolting things down with multiple parties, the benefit being that the US, Australia and the EU are jurisdictions which you can vigorously enforce those IP terms.
My point was GC is savvy about protecting intellectual property and aware of the realities as opposed to just the theory. of IP protection. That it's not just about legals, but also about strategies (eg. for dealing with sharp practice in a jurisdiction which doesn't respect the rule of law). This is precisely what I wanted to hear from him. Things went quiet on the Chinese hospital front, and I'm not unhappy about that.
