I don't imagine there would be any problems with the parties agreeing to extend the timeframes.

The Department of Mines takes their sweet time. POD made its application for an amended mining permit area in January, after the holiday season ended. It's still pending - thus the first condition precedent is still in the pipeline. No big deal is it?

There Department of Mines recommended the amendment be granted at the end of March 2021, and the native claim notice provisions ended in September. No record of any problems on the mining titles stuff.

Presumably POD gets the permit and it all ticks over albeit later than anticipated.
