There is no question the $2.4m is coming in.
POD had $3m at the end of June plus $2.4m receivable.
During a huge June quarter of drilling and lab assays they spent $700k or so.
$2.3m cash in bank at end of quarter, with $2.4m receivable. EV Metals is literally raising millions of dollars for their nickel/chrome project in reliance on the deal going through.
POD has plenty of cash, no need to raise more right now.
If you're going to do your DD, then do a good job, otherwise it looks kind of like you're bringing your twitter beef here and looking a bit behind the 8 ball mate.
