    Been away in NY for the past week, so haven't had time to post; but after speaking to Ian I found out that the PoD hasn't actually even been resubmitted yet as of 2 weeks ago. Although it was expected to be resubmitted last week. And if the timeframe from submission to reply of the previous PoD is any guidance (6 months) I don't expect approval/disapproval to be anytime soon. I'm guessing we would be waiting months not weeks.
