From what I gathered and zeroed onto in the Podcast, besides the tech being as David stated Enormous:
1- No Licensing 2- TO BE ACQUIRED ! 3- First time been Invited by the CEO of IMEC to fly to their headquarters in Belgium.
The Latter says it all IMEC must have an interested party In the wings wanting to do a deal with 4DS thus avoiding an Auction.
OR SOME OTHER OFFER THE CARNT REFUSE
