Unusual for a CEO to think his company share price is materially undervalued!
.....interesting concept that because some other company might be valued at $1b that is the benchmark for them - not sure which one he was referring to at this particular point in time.
I suspect the upside potential is definitely there -big question (genuine) for me is, where may the share price go in the interim (which may be months, many months) in a market that is very short term focused. ie what is the opportunity cost of holding ???
