Some good references to Jim Doran still being around and DM actvely discussing "moving the chess peices"
Says short term - meet with IMEC to work out the plan - this will set the medium term and long term plan which is acquistion.
Some references to more development work, still doing a lot of testing.
I think DM is not clear whether they have done enough work (or will need to do more development work / test results) to be acquired and this is really something IMEC will advise on
