4ds isn't a chip manufacturer it is a memory technology company trying to sell the new memory to a larger manufacturing company of computer devices. It tests the technology on wafers, Hardware architecture is where it will probably end up on a another companies device or data centre server devices.
Once it becomes accepted as a standard for such, plenty will want it. Got to wait for them to be hungry for it. then we will sell em our nuts.
