    Indeed. Put two discussion topics from the podcast together and increase the feasibility underground mining costs to those mentioned experienced by miners and companies signing contracts and the NPV drops to zero. 4.5Mt x an extra $60 per tonne for underground operating cost. That is more than the NPV.
