Results of Strategic meeting with IMEC

We want to see some form of announcement/joint announcement from IMEC. A clear 3rd party endorsement will reassure holders and excite the market.

There will be no naming of targetted buyers, but I think it's fair to speculate that IMEC will have either co-ordinated requests regarding tuning from interested parties or at least advise on the configurations that will best match the demand of their partner chip makers. DM also talks about memory buyers, but I don't believe they are in IMECs stable.

We will be told what are the next development steps. If this is framed as being on-request or specific to a potential buyer on the path to securing an offer, it will stimulate investors to buy in. Number go up. If it is a vague: more iterations to further refine the tech, then the market will punish.

if it is stated or clearly implied that there are numerous parties showing interest in acquiring 4DS ReRam then the SP should climb back to previous highs as some FOMO begins to take hold
