    How about the EU jumping in as part of its ambition to lead the world in semi conductors. Von der leyen spoke strongly about this in may. EU is based un belgium. Imec down the road has a few words n gets the nod to do it . EU seals semi conductor future via a 4ds investment. Imec gets the task of doing the deal and development. Now that would be a coup for the european union.
