I think the way to think about it is what allowances does it mean for a technology like DRAM? If you have a chip that enhances the performance of DRAM substantially does that mean you can get away with worse-performing (and significantly cheaper DRAM) to get the same or better performance? Does the cost (opex and capex) of these two bits of hardware result in a better business case for basically anything? Do you then have an easier/cheaper pathway to development and performance improvement than scaling traditional DRAM-only solutions? At the top end of town can you pair the best DRAM with this tech to get even better performance where people are willing to pay the premium (AI?).

These are the questions that I consider to be important. We don't have the answers yet and I suspect those are the questions that any potential acquirer will be asking and modeling when/if they do their due diligence.
