The question was "what's the global response been?" And the interviewer jokes about a Nobel prize...

A: "[laughs] well. clearly I can't answer that question"

this could be:
1. How the f would I know what everyone around the globe is thinking, I haven't spoken to them.
2. We've had lots of interest, I've spoken to people who have told us what they think, but I can't tell you any more.
3. I've had zero discussions, but that doesn't mean I know what their response is.

I got the sense from his tone he was saying #1.

I like the fact that he did get specific on an example of a "memory acquirer" who may want to buy the IP to then buy memory made from a manufacturer who uses the 4DS IP / method put it in their devices... they would then have the monopoly on the tech
