You don’t think that the company could get an Independent Experts Report that says the value of the company would be somewhere north of 13.5¢ considering they already have brokers reports that put the potential value well north of 13.5¢?
Also, the directors need to be able to assert that the price of 13.5¢ is both fair and reasonable. On what basis would you say that a price of 13.5¢ is both fair and reasonable?
