    Hi mate,

    yes I thought so too (translates into 0.3% to 1.7% copper) but the company said in the announcement that this is the typical pattern for their base metal horizon (which typically has lower copper grades on average):

    quote: "however the presence of 1-5% disseminated chalcopyrite with trace pyrrhotite is typical of the base metal - gold horizon".

    So can we really expect higher copper grade?

    Anyway - I think the question whether grade is indeed increasing at depth (PGMs and base metals) has become THE fateful question for POD. Some here presented some good arguments that this could be the case....
