they don't seem to be Asian based, as they are an acn company 50% owned by the PR Firm that organised the press release and 25% owned by two private indviduals, one disclosed, one maybe not.
Just seems to be a vehicle for holding the receipts from the project. 5% of gross profit. Not bad!
