I do think its cheap and I did buy sub 20, but just a couple of points.
Brokers have had Strong Buy recommendations on CVN for ages with an average price target in the 50's.
And as for the cash, I have a feeling tax may have been paid so coffers may be a little depleated.
Happy to be corrected on this by Frosty (EL) or like.
