Jeff Chisholm from POE has publically said (on BNN) that they are/will be a T/O target and for the right deal they will recommend it to S/H. Besides oil and the one joint venture POE are a vastly different kettle of fish.
Although hypothetical you have a far greater chance of CVN taking over another company to gain ground than you have of anyone T/O them.
